This individual will lead our project teams through the entire project design and construction lifecycle including client and design team management for parking structures of all sizes and types. Key responsibilities will include code analysis, quality control of deliverables, obtaining agency approvals, management of construction administration services, and ensuring achievement of schedules and budgets. Experience in the management of project teams is mandatory; experience in the design of parking facilities is highly desirable. A collaborative “can-do”, customer service approach is crucial.
