Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for an Architectural Designer to join their dynamic Parking Consulting team. The qualified candidate will have between 3 - 6 years of relevant project architectural design experience.
In this role as Technical Designer, you will work closely with the parking team and coordinate with other Walter P Moore disciplines. Job tasks will include the design and production of architectural plans and details related to Mobility and Parking Structures in all phases of the project, rationalizing geometry for appropriate parking structure schemes, rapidly developing parking structure Building Information Models (primarily utilizing REVIT), annotative plans and details and assisting with writing narratives. Collaborate with multicultural and multi-discipline team members across the firm.
The qualified candidate should possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated design professional who can work within a strong team environment, working collaboratively with other WPM team members. Technical specialization in advanced drafting and REVIT modeling is a must.
Clients will include award-winning global architects, developers, institutions, and contractors. In addition to all the skills listed above, the qualified candidate should possess a strong “can-do” customer service attitude.
