We have an immediate opening for a bright, energetic individual with the requisite skills to join our firm in the role of Office Coordinator. This role will involve supporting the Kansas City office while also providing remote support to our Chicago office. This is primarily an inside role with broad exposure across the firm.
Preferred candidates will have:
A/E/C industry experience and knowledge
Associates Degree or Four-Year College Degree
Some marketing and business development support skills
Experience and ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) is preferred
Clerical accounting support experience i.e. processing vendor expenses, expense reports, etc.
Event planning experience
