Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will serve as the primary desktop support analyst for issues in the Mexico City office as well as issues in other offices as necessary, keeping our staff’s computer systems running properly on an ongoing basis. They will also be called on to communicate and interact with local vendors regarding various facets of IT including hardware acquisition and network circuits.

Must be self-motivated and able to perform in an unsupervised environment and work remotely with a team of IT professionals.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

· This position plays a role in all facets of desktop management, including software distribution, security, and asset management.

· Prioritization of issues

· Manage projects throughout their lifecycle

· Provide reports to management on Help Desk activity

· Train end-users and provide support for Help Desk Analysts

· Occasional travel to other offices including US and Panama

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

 

· Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or related degree

· Must have experience working in WAN environment, providing end-user support, Installation, and repair of hardware and software.

· Superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills – fluent written/spoken Spanish/English

· Mastery knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10+)

· Advanced knowledge of data networking, LAN, and WAN concepts

· Intermediate knowledge of systems security and account provisioning

· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

· Highly self-motivated and directed

· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related degree

· Experience with Azure

· Experience with Intune Endpoint Manager

· Knowledge of software packaging and deployment
